Thank you for supporting LBATHLETICA. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products

Due to the digital and downloadable nature of our products, all sales are generally final.

This includes:

• Digital workout programs
• Gym training plans
• Nutrition guides
• Recipe eBooks
• PDFs and downloadable resources

Once a digital product has been purchased, accessed, or downloaded, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are typically not provided.

2. Custom Plans & Coaching Services

Custom fitness plans, nutrition guidance, and coaching services require time, preparation, and personalized work.

For this reason:

• Payments for custom plans and coaching services are generally non-refundable once work has started.
• If a client fails to complete onboarding forms or communication, refunds may not be issued.

Any exceptions will be handled at the sole discretion of LBATHLETICA.

3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Verified duplicate purchases may qualify for a refund or store credit.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems accessing your digital product, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

This may include:

• Resending download links
• Providing alternative access
• Technical support assistance

5. Unauthorized Sharing

All products are intended for personal use only.

Unauthorized sharing, distribution, resale, or reproduction of digital products is strictly prohibited and may result in revoked access without refund.
